These terms cover using the The Pros Salon online booking site, including our text messaging (SMS) program.

Booking

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information so we can confirm and — if needed — reach you about your appointment. Appointments are subject to availability and to The Pros Salon's scheduling policies.

SMS messaging program

If you provide a mobile phone number when booking, you may receive appointment-related text messages (confirmations and cancellation notices).
If you separately check the marketing consent box when booking, you may also receive promotional text messages (special offers, discounts, new services). This consent is optional and is separate from booking an appointment or agreeing to these Terms — you do not need to opt in to marketing texts to use our services.
You can also opt in to promotional texts directly by texting START to our number, including to opt back in after previously opting out.
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and, if opted in, promotional activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No third-party sharing of SMS consent

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS/text messaging opt-in consent, will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, share, or disclose this information to third parties for their own marketing use. We use trusted service providers (currently Twilio for text delivery, Resend for email delivery, and Supabase for secure data storage) solely to operate this booking system on our behalf — they process this information only to deliver the service, not to market to you independently.

Consent is not required to purchase

You are never required to opt in to promotional SMS to book or receive services from The Pros Salon. Marketing text consent is a separate, optional choice.

Cancellations & changes

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting The Pros Salon directly, or through any self-service options we make available. We may cancel or reschedule appointments in cases of unforeseen circumstances and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
